Choosing the right Snaile setup
Size the lockers for the busiest delivery days, not an average one, and put them where couriers can reach them easily. Indoor banks in a vestibule or mailroom are the simplest; outdoor lockers suit buildings with no spare lobby space, or sites where couriers shouldn’t come inside. We plan the locker sizes, power, the network connection and courier entry through your intercom or access control together, so drivers can get in, drop off and leave without calling the front desk.

We find the space, run power and network, set up courier entry on your existing intercom or fob system, and help the property team load residents or staff into Snaile. Which couriers can deliver to Snaile lockers?
Any carrier. Snaile lockers are carrier-agnostic, so Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and local couriers can all drop off.
Can Snaile lockers go outside?
Yes. Snaile makes indoor and outdoor lockers, and the outdoor models are built for Canadian winters. We plan the base, power and network for an outdoor bank.
Do parcel lockers replace our mailboxes?
No. Letter mail still goes to the building’s mailboxes. The lockers take the parcels and other deliveries that don’t fit, so they stop piling up in the lobby.
How do couriers get into the building?
We set up courier entry on your video intercom or access control, usually limited to the door and area the lockers are in, so drivers can drop off without being buzzed in.
