Updated
Smart parcel lockers
Package lockers that work for residents, staff, couriers and property managers.
Secure 24/7 pickup
Residents or staff get a code or QR as soon as a package arrives, and pick it up whenever suits them, day or night.
Open to every courier
Couriers drop off at the touchscreen, so packages from any carrier end up in a locker instead of piled in the lobby.
Sized for your building
Modular locker banks with small, medium and oversized doors, planned around your delivery volume and space.
Management dashboard
See every delivery, send reminders for packages left too long, and manage users from one place.
Connected to the rest of your building
Deliveries go smoother when lockers work with your doors and cameras.
Works with your video intercom
Couriers buzz in at the intercom, get let through, and drop packages straight into the lockers.
Tied into access control
Delivery access is controlled and logged, so couriers only get into the areas they need.
Covered by your cameras
Cameras on the locker area add a clear record of every drop-off and pickup.
Maintenance and service plans
Scheduled checks on screens, doors and locks, so the lockers keep working when deliveries peak.

Parcel locker brands we install
Stuck with a system nobody will fix?
If your current provider stopped answering, we can repair, maintain or take over parcel lockers installed by other companies.
What affects the cost of parcel lockers
Every building is different, but these are the factors that move the price. After a site walk, you get a clear written quote.
Number and size of doors
More doors, and larger doors for oversized parcels, mean a bigger locker bank.
Indoor or outdoor
Outdoor-rated lockers cost more than indoor units.
Software features
Courier access, notifications and management dashboards are usually a subscription.
Power and network
Lockers need power and a network connection where they’ll be installed.
Installation
Anchoring, levelling and connecting the locker bank, plus any expansion later.
Questions to ask a parcel locker installer
The answers tell you whether you’ll be supported after the install.
- Will you support it after installation?
Ask who you’ll call when something breaks and how quickly they respond. We support everything we install.
- Will we get admin access and documentation?
You should own your system, with admin logins and a record of every device. We hand both over on every project.
- Which brands do you install, and why?
An installer who works with many brands can recommend what fits your building, not just what they sell.
- Will it work with our other systems?
Cameras, doors, intercoms and alarms work best when they’re planned together.
- What will it cost to run each year?
Ask about subscriptions, licences, monitoring and maintenance up front, so there are no surprises.

Parcel locker questions
How much do parcel lockers cost?
It depends mostly on how many doors you need, the mix of sizes, and the software features you choose. After a site walk we provide a written quote.
Which couriers can use the lockers?
We install open lockers that work with any courier, so packages from every carrier can go into a locker.
How do residents get their packages?
When a courier drops off a package, the resident gets a notification with a code or QR to open their locker.
What about oversized packages?
Locker banks include larger doors for bigger boxes, and we size the mix around the deliveries your building actually gets.
Do parcel lockers need power and internet?
Yes. Smart lockers need a power outlet and a network connection, which we plan for during the site walk.
Can we add more lockers later?
Yes. Locker banks are modular, so more columns can be added as your building’s deliveries grow.
Can the parcel room be monitored?
Yes. A camera on the parcel room or locker area can be part of remote video monitoring, so package theft after hours is caught while it’s happening. See video monitoring.
