Usually, yes. We tie suite doors into the building’s access system where it’s compatible, so tenants use one card for the building and their suite.
Can you install without disrupting our business?
Yes. We plan work around business hours and keep doors secure throughout, so the office keeps running.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Their card or mobile access can be turned off right away from the management software, without changing any locks.
Do you work with general contractors on fit-outs?
Yes. We work from drawings and specs, coordinate with the other trades, and provide closeout documents when we’re done.
Can you take over from our current provider?
