Emergency? Start here
Doors stuck locked or unlocked: door strike, maglock, after a fire alarm, power outage.
Cameras or the whole system down: UPS beeping, camera offline.
Need video for police now: Hikvision export, Avigilon export, or we’ll export it for you.
Locked out of the system: forgot the admin password.
If there’s a fire or someone is in danger, call 911.
24/7 emergency service: both numbers are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can’t find your system?
We install and fully support 27 brands, and we take over and fix systems that other companies installed. Tell us what you have and what needs changing, and we’ll take care of it.
More guides are on the way. Until then, questions and answers and the security glossary explain the common terms.
Can’t find it? We’ll do it for you
Tell us the system and what needs changing. We’ll handle it remotely where the system allows, or book a visit.
Stuck with a system nobody will fix?
We repair and take over cameras, access control, intercoms and alarms installed by other companies, when your current provider has fallen short.
Questions
Can you make these changes for us?
Yes. We can add, change or remove users, fobs and residents for you, remotely where your system allows it, or on site.
Do you help with systems another company installed?
Yes. We take over and fix systems installed by other companies, and regain admin access to systems you own.
Which systems do these guides cover?
Kantech, CDVI, Integra32, Inner Range, ICT, ButterflyMX, Mircom TX3, DoorKing, DSC, Avigilon, Milestone, Axis, Hikvision and Uniview, plus troubleshooting that applies to any brand. More guides are being added.

For security, we never publish default passwords, installer codes or reset steps. If you’re locked out, call us: we confirm you own or manage the system first, then regain access the safe way.
What if it’s an emergency?
