How to add, edit and delete a cardholder in Integra32
Step-by-step help for RBH Access Integra32 access control software, for property managers and system administrators.
The quick answer
In Integra32, click Cardholder, then New. Enter the name, add the card number on the Cards tab, choose the access level and click Save; the change downloads to the panels on its own. To stop a lost card, set its Status to Lost or Stolen. Deleting a cardholder deletes all of their cards too.

Add a cardholder
Click the Cardholder (Cards) button on the main window.
Click New.
Enter the Last Name and First Name (and initials if you use them).
On the Cards tab, add the card number and choose the Access Level.
The Activation Date fills in on its own. Set a Deactivation Date if the card should expire.
Enter a PIN code only if the door has a keypad. Click Save.
The change downloads to the panels automatically. Test the card at a door.
Edit a cardholder
Select the cardholder and click Edit.
For card settings, first highlight the card number (each card has its own settings).
Change the name, Access Level, Activation Date or Deactivation Date. Click Save (Cancel discards the changes).
Stop a lost or stolen card
- Change the card’s Status to Lost or Stolen. Other options include Destroyed, Expired and Suspended.
- To end access on a set date instead, set the Deactivation Date.
Delete a cardholder
Select the cardholder and click Delete. This deletes the cardholder and all of their cards.
To remove just one card, change that card’s Status, or ask us.

Integra32 is old. What are the upgrade options?
We can plan a move to a newer access control system, often reusing cabling and some hardware. See access control.
