Cameras or the whole system down: UPS beeping, camera offline.
Need video for police now: Hikvision export, Avigilon export, or we’ll export it for you.
Locked out of the system: forgot the admin password.

What these guides don’t cover
These pages cover safe checks anyone can do. We never publish wiring, power supply, panel programming, password reset or bypass steps: those jobs belong to a technician.
Not sure what’s wrong?
Tell us what’s happening. We’ll diagnose it remotely where we can, or book a visit.
Stuck with a system nobody will fix?
We repair and take over cameras, access control, intercoms and alarms installed by other companies, when your current provider has fallen short.
Questions
Can you fix it remotely?
Sometimes. Settings and users can often be fixed remotely; worn hardware, doors and wiring need a visit.
Do you fix systems another company installed?
Yes. We take over and fix systems installed by other companies, and regain admin access to systems you own.
Why don’t you publish wiring or reset steps?
Safety and security. Wiring and power work can damage equipment or hurt someone, and reset steps can be misused, so we leave them to technicians.
