Choosing the right Luxer One setup
Lockers suit most buildings. A Luxer Room suits buildings where large boxes and heavy volume would overwhelm a locker bank, and many buildings use both: lockers in the lobby for everyday parcels and a package room for the big ones. Before we recommend a setup we look at your delivery volume, where couriers arrive and how the room’s door will be controlled.
Turning a parcel room into a Luxer Room
If the building already has a parcel room or storage closet, a Luxer Room turns it into controlled parcel storage. Luxer Room works with most existing electric strikes, maglocks and access control hardware, so we can often reuse the door hardware and add the touchscreen, cameras and controls.

What is the difference between Luxer One lockers and a Luxer Room?
Lockers hold each parcel in its own compartment. A Luxer Room is a controlled parcel room for oversized or high-volume deliveries, where couriers and recipients enter with one-time codes and every entry is logged. Many buildings use both.
Which carriers can deliver to Luxer One?
All major carriers, including Amazon, UPS, FedEx and DHL, as well as local couriers. Each parcel is scanned in and the recipient is notified.
Can Luxer One lockers go outside?
Yes. Luxer One makes indoor and outdoor models. For an outdoor bank in Alberta or BC we plan the location, base, power and network, and shelter it from snow and rain where we can.
Can Luxer One hold groceries?
Yes. Refrigerated units can be added for groceries, meal kits and pharmacy orders.
Does Luxer One work with our property software?
Luxer One integrates with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata and RealPage. We confirm the integration for your software before the install.
