Questions
Can you set up users for us remotely?
Often, yes, when the system can be reached remotely and you give us permission. Otherwise we book a visit.
How do I give police or insurance a copy of video?
See how to play back and export Avigilon video, or ask us to export it for you.
What’s the difference between a user and a group?
A user is one person’s login. A group sets what its members can see and do, so you give access by adding users to groups.
Can a user only see certain cameras?
Yes. Put them in a group whose access rights include only those cameras.
